According to supply chain sources and tests conducted by bloggers, the main body dimensions of these two generations are virtually identical, enabling the cases to be used interchangeably. Nevertheless, there are minor modifications to the camera module cutouts, which might lead to older cases not fitting precisely around the lens area. Furthermore, several e-commerce platforms have listed phone cases that are claimed to be compatible with the iPhone 18 Pro, with prices ranging from 22 yuan to 36 yuan. Sellers assert that these cases are molded based on the data from the original device and offer refunds if they do not fit properly.
