On December 26, HONOR hosted a new product launch event in Chengdu, where it officially introduced the WIN series smartphones. These phones are tailored for high-performance needs and gaming enthusiasts. The series comprises two models: the HONOR WIN and the HONOR WIN RT, with starting prices set at 3,999 yuan and 2,699 yuan, respectively.
The HONOR WIN series showcases remarkable innovations, particularly in its cooling systems and battery setups. Regarding performance, the HONOR WIN is driven by the fifth-generation Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, complemented by LPDDR5X Elite memory and UFS 4.1 storage. This combination forms a "powerhouse trio," achieving a remarkable score of over 4.4 million points on AnTuTu benchmark tests.
Meanwhile, the HONOR WIN RT harnesses the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, paired with LPDDR5X Ultra memory and UFS 4.1 storage, delivering equally outstanding performance.
For thermal management, the HONOR WIN series introduces the Dongfeng Turbo Cooling System. This system boasts a dual 360° surround air intake design and an ultra-compact high-speed fan, enhancing cooling efficiency by 30% and reducing chip temperatures by up to 7°C.
In terms of battery longevity, both models are equipped with a substantial 10,000mAh Qinghai Lake battery. This battery supports 100W wired fast charging and 80W wireless fast charging. Additionally, it features a charge separation capability that minimizes heat generation and battery wear during simultaneous charging and gaming sessions.
Moreover, the HONOR WIN series is outfitted with an 185Hz ultra-high refresh rate gaming display, an AI surround sound subwoofer, and the Hongyan AI communication system. These features collectively provide users with a significant upgrade in their gaming experiences.
