According to a research report from CITIC Construction Investment, several consumer electronics manufacturers have recently initiated price hikes or adjusted product specifications. Based on data from the China Flash Memory Market, the prices of certain Xiaomi tablet models have increased by 100 to 200 yuan in online sales channels. A similar trend is also evident in the PC market. On the whole, manufacturers are either raising prices or downgrading product configurations, indicating that the cost pressures stemming from substantial increases in memory prices are now being passed on to end consumers. In the short term, sales of consumer electronics may encounter downward pressure, while industry resources and pricing power are likely to further concentrate among leading brands.
