This latest iPhone iteration was unveiled on September 10th of this year and is now in its 14th week of availability. In the initial month following its launch, the average wait time for delivery stretched to 24 days, surpassing the initial delivery period of its predecessor, the iPhone 16. Presently, the delivery window for the entire iPhone 17 lineup has been trimmed by 3 days, averaging approximately 3 days—a timeframe on par with that of the iPhone 16 during the corresponding period. Specifically, the base model iPhone 17 has seen a significant reduction in its delivery period, now 6 days shorter than it was just a week prior. The iPhone 17 Air and Pro variants have each experienced a 1-day decrease in delivery time, while the Pro Max model has seen its delivery period shortened by 2 days.
