On December 2, 2025, Shenzhen Transsion Holdings Co., Ltd. officially submitted an application for the issuance and listing of H-shares to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It also published a draft version of the application materials on the HKEX website, initiating the dual listing process of "A-shares + H-shares". This issuance is sponsored by CITIC Securities, with JPMorgan serving as the financial advisor. If successfully listed, it will provide more adequate capital support for its globalization strategy.
