On October 13, 2025, in Shanghai, vivo officially rolled out its latest flagship smartphone series—the vivo X300. Serving as a significant milestone for the brand's 30th anniversary, this series comprises a Pro model and a standard model, setting a fresh benchmark as the "Zeiss 200-Megapixel Dual-Flagship Imaging Powerhouses." The standard version sports a 6.31-inch LIPO physical four-equal-sided straight display, integrates ultrasonic fingerprint 2.0 technology, and is the pioneer to be outfitted with the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor. Additionally, it features a 200-megapixel Zeiss primary camera. The Pro version, in contrast, flaunts a 6.78-inch screen, a Sony LYT-828 gimbal-level main camera, and a 200-megapixel Zeiss HPB periscope telephoto lens, earning CIPA Level 5.5 anti-shake certification. Both variants come standard with the Blueprint Imaging Chip V3+, a USB 3.2 interface, and a Zeiss 2.35x telephoto extender. They also support wireless charging and boast a dual UFS4.1 storage architecture.
