On July 30, Legend Star (06683.HK) announced a strategic partnership with Unitree Technology to co-develop consumer-oriented robots featuring companionship and social functions. This collaboration aims to address the needs of households and the entertainment industry, encompassing applications in concerts, performances, and beyond. In terms of fund planning, Legend Star has commenced a placement plan, designating approximately 38.2% of the funds (equivalent to around HK$124 million) towards the expansion of its retail channel network, encompassing vending machines and intelligent mechanical equipment. Notably, the robot project with Unitree Technology is categorized under this intelligent mechanical equipment segment. The company further disclosed that comprehensive details of the preliminary fund allocation will be unveiled upon the completion of the placement process.
