The policy framework will undergo continuous refinement to bolster service consumption in domains encompassing elderly care, childcare, culture, and tourism. Concurrently, duty-free shop policies will be optimized to foster the healthy and orderly development of the duty-free retail industry. Fiscal and financial policies will enhance coordination, implementing fiscal interest subsidy measures for personal consumer loans in key sectors and loans for service industry enterprises to cater to consumer needs.
