Kaishan Co., Ltd.'s subsidiary has successfully invested US$3 million to acquire all shares of SMGP held by PT Supraco Indonesia. Upon completion of this transaction, Kaishan Co., Ltd. will assume full ownership of SMGP through its subsidiaries OTP and KS Orka Renewable. Furthermore, its subsidiary KOI has entered into a "Joint Venture Agreement" with Supraco, with the aim of establishing a collaborative venture. Concurrently, KOI has signed a "Sales Agency Agreement" with Zhejiang Kaishan Energy Equipment Co., Ltd., securing an exclusive 18-month agency right for ORC modular power station equipment in Indonesia.
