The Ministry of Ecology and Environment has issued two drafts of national ecological environment standards for public consultation: the "Feasible Technical Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution in the Glass Industry (Draft for Comment)" and the "Feasible Technical Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution in the Mineral Wool Industry (Draft for Comment)". These standards are designed to elevate the technical proficiency in air pollution prevention and control within the respective industries, furnish a foundational basis for local ecological environment authorities to issue pollution discharge permits, and assist enterprises in selecting efficient pollution prevention and control technologies, thereby reducing emissions and costs.
