China Fusion Energy Co., Ltd. has recently been officially listed in Shanghai, marking its status as a key subsidiary directly under the China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC). The company's mission is to advance the engineering and commercialization of fusion energy, encompassing services such as overall system design, technical validation, digital R&D, and more. Furthermore, it aims to establish a comprehensive platform for technology R&D and capital operations. Following a recent capital increase, the company's registered capital now stands at 15 billion yuan, supported by investments from CNNC, China National Nuclear Power Corporation, and other prominent institutions. Nuclear fusion, hailed as the ultimate energy source of the future, is renowned for its cleanliness, safety, and exceptional efficiency. CNNC has consistently spearheaded innovations in nuclear fusion, with its "China HL-3M" project achieving electron and nuclear temperatures exceeding 100 million degrees Celsius, signifying a pivotal milestone in the engineering application of China's controlled nuclear fusion technology.
