Since the start of this year, amidst the general resurgence of the IPO market, a cohort of companies has resumed their journey toward listing. According to available statistics, more than 40 enterprises have opted to revitalize their efforts for A-share listing, having previously seen their IPO attempts stall. These companies appear to be thoroughly prepared. In terms of sector alignment, after being unsuccessful in their initial applications to the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges, a majority of these firms have shifted their focus to the Beijing Stock Exchange in search of new opportunities. A select few have transitioned from the Science and Technology Innovation Board to either the Main Board or the ChiNext Board. From a fundraising perspective, numerous companies have either decreased the size of their fundraising endeavors or scaled down their fund-raising projects upon reapplication.
