In formulating and implementing policies, we will prioritize the integration of domestic and foreign currencies, aiming to provide "one set of rules, one-stop service" through business integration, process optimization, and data sharing. Cross-border transactions involving both domestic and foreign currencies will adhere to unified data standards and cross-border rules, streamlining processes such as bank account opening, payment, and settlement. Whether dealing with domestic or foreign currencies, direct investments, securities investments, or registration of claims and debts, all these activities can now be efficiently managed in a single location, either at the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) or at participating banks. This transformation significantly enhances the efficiency of business processing.
