On Wednesday, U.S. President Trump announced a fresh wave of tariffs on imported goods from various trading partners who failed to reach an agreement with the United States in August. Specifically, a 30% tariff will be imposed on products originating from Algeria, Libya, Iraq, and Sri Lanka. Brunei and Moldova will face a 25% tariff, while the Philippines will be subject to a 20% tariff.
