On July 7, the Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce released an update regarding the 2025 trade-in promotion for household appliances, digital gadgets, home furnishing items, kitchenware, and bathroom products, effective from July 8. The revised regulations introduce a daily cap on coupon redemptions, with redemption available from 11:00 to 24:00 and coupon usage valid from 8:00 to 24:00. Each coupon is valid for seven calendar days. Consumers are limited to redeeming a maximum of three subsidy coupons per month per category, and both redemption and usage must occur within the borders of Hunan Province. The promotion covers 18 categories of household appliances, 5 categories of home furnishing items, and 3 categories of digital products.
