In response to the latest national directives for the consumer goods trade-in program, the Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce has recently refined its subsidy policy, aiming to bolster the efficiency and security of fund utilization. The core modifications are as follows: Commencing July 8, the trade-in program encompassing household appliances, digital products, home decoration, kitchenware, and bathroom accessories will introduce daily coupon quotas. Coupons will be available for redemption from 11:00 to 24:00 daily and can be utilized between 8:00 and 24:00 daily, with a seven-day validity period. This adjustment underscores the importance of timely distribution, equitable access, and risk mitigation, ensuring a smooth and orderly execution of the policy throughout the year.
