On July 3, Hong Kong's biotechnology sector witnessed a general uptick, with notable gains observed across various stocks. Huahao Zhongtian Pharmaceutical led the pack with an increase of over 9%, followed by CStone Pharmaceuticals surging more than 8%, and Ascletis Pharma advancing by more than 7%. However, the debut of newcomer Bokan Cloud on the market was met with a stark contrast, as its share price tumbled nearly 40% on the first day of trading, with an initial quoted price of HK$6.1.
