Peng Bo, who served as a director of Huawei and as president of the Global Procurement Certification Management Department, has recently resigned from his positions. His profile has been removed from the management team section on the company's official website. Peng also personally confirmed his departure in a social media post, where he mentioned that he had dedicated a total of 9,952 days to Huawei. Following Peng's resignation, Huawei's board of directors appointed He Gang, the CEO of Huawei's Terminal BG, to establish a dual-leadership structure for the Terminal BG within the board. This new arrangement places He Gang alongside Yu Chengdong, Huawei's Executive Director and Chairman of the Terminal BG, who is already a board member.

Born in 1976, Peng joined Huawei in 1999 and has since held several key positions. He played a pivotal role in leading Huawei's expansion into the European market. Notably, during his tenure as President of the European Region in 2015, the local mobile phone business revenue saw a fivefold increase, securing leading market shares in Italy, Spain, and other markets. In 2018, Peng was elected to Huawei's board of directors. In 2021, he was reassigned to work within the public relations and supply systems.
