Goertek Inc. had planned to spin off Goertek Microelectronics and list it on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Goertek Microelectronics submitted its listing application in January 2025, and its application materials for filing were accepted by the China Securities Regulatory Commission in March. However, on October 12, 2026, the board of directors of Goertek Inc. reviewed and approved the proposal to terminate this spin-off and listing.
