Raspberry Pi has introduced a smart display module priced at $30. This adapter board allows the separately sold Compute Module 5 (CM5) to be installed into commercial displays or projectors that comply with the Intel SDM standard. When embedded into the screen, the device enables a clean, nearly cable-free deployment, supports 4K video playback, and is compatible with existing content management systems that support Raspberry Pi 5 or CM5.
