On Tuesday, Longdian Huaxin New Energy Technology Company, a Chinese copper foil manufacturer, announced that it had fixed the price for its U.S. initial public offering (IPO) at $22 per share, successfully securing $94.3 million in funds. The company managed to sell roughly 4.3 million American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) at the upper limit of its proposed price range, which was set between $20 and $22. Among its significant backers are South Korea's SK Group and Mirae Asset. Longdian Huaxin's shares are slated to commence trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Wednesday, trading under the ticker symbol 'FOIL.' The underwriters for this offering include Cantor, Huatai Securities, BOC International, UP Fintech, Futu Securities, and VC Brokerage.
