On June 8, Allianz Rishivision (301042) made an announcement regarding its strategic move to collaborate with Zhejiang Meicheng Zhihe Film and Television Culture Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu Yuanqi Lian'an Robot Technology Co., Ltd. The trio intends to co-invest RMB 10 million to establish a joint venture, provisionally christened 'Shanghai Anshu Zhixing Technology Co., Ltd.'. Allianz Rishivision is set to inject RMB 4.6 million of its own capital into this venture, representing a 46% stake in the registered capital. Notably, this investment falls under the category of a related-party transaction, given that Xu Jin, the chairman of Allianz Rishivision, also holds the position of chairman at Yuanqi Lian'an, and Shen Lei, a director at Allianz Rishivision, serves as a director at the same entity.
