On May 23 local time, SpaceX's upgraded Starship V3 successfully launched, making its debut. During the launch, the Starship deployed a simulated satellite after liftoff, but the first-stage 'Super Heavy' booster lost control during its return and ultimately crashed over the Gulf of Mexico.
