Citing a reduction in game releases and the financial strain of restructuring efforts in the upcoming fiscal year, Ubisoft has forecasted a downturn in sales, estimating that its annual net bookings could see a “high single-digit percentage” decrease compared to the previous year. Meanwhile, the company is optimistic about a more robust lineup of products in the following fiscal year. Presently, Ubisoft is in the midst of an extensive overhaul of its game development process, restructuring its product offerings into five primary business segments, termed “creative studios,” to ensure steady and sustainable growth over the long term.
