At its 2025 annual shareholders' meeting, Ganfeng Lithium revealed that it is making concurrent progress in dual technological pathways—silicon-carbon and lithium-metal anodes—within the realm of solid-state batteries. Regarding lithium-metal anode technology, the cycle life of 400Wh/kg batteries has surpassed 1,100 cycles. Engineering validation has been successfully completed, fulfilling the prerequisites for large-scale deployment. Concurrently, the company has achieved small-batch mass production of the world's inaugural 10Ah product at the 500Wh/kg energy density level. As for the silicon-based anode approach, Ganfeng Lithium has established a graduated product lineup spanning from 320Wh/kg to 480Wh/kg. Specifically, the 320Wh/kg cells have exceeded 1,000 cycles in terms of cycle life, while the 480Wh/kg technology stands at the forefront of the industry, capable of catering to a wide array of application scenarios.
