The customization process is simple, with delivery possible in as fast as 7 days. Users have 5 daily customization opportunities and are not required to pay until confirming the design rendering. JD.com operates both online and offline, with dedicated experience zones set up in JD Home stores across multiple locations, and nearly 50 stores offering limited-time access to the 'High-End Customization Workshop.' To address challenges in using 3D printers, JD.com provides on-site installation services in 42 cities, with plans to cover all urban areas nationwide by the end of 2026.
