The gathering put forward the necessity to bolster strategic planning and standard-setting guidance, refine policy and regulatory frameworks alongside standard systems, expedite the creation of standards in urgent demand, construct public service platforms, implement 'one-stop' approval procedures, and cultivate a conducive environment for development. Simultaneously, it is crucial to amplify industrial development capabilities, fortify pivotal technological advancements, cultivate a pool of top-tier talent, orchestrate novel business models, broaden commercial applications, and attain closed-loop business ecosystems. Efforts should be intensified to integrate 'launch vehicles, satellites, launch sites, frequencies, and networks' with technical product standards, thereby collaboratively forging a new vista for commercial space endeavors and bolstering the construction of China as a space power.
