Spanning an impressive total construction area of 15,000 square meters, the store's inaugural phase boasts nearly 5,000 square meters dedicated to exhibition space. The '9S' concept is a holistic approach that integrates nine functional modules, ranging from scenario displays to product sales, thereby establishing it as Hunan's premier and most all-encompassing robot exhibition and promotion hub.

The store showcases an extensive collection of over 100 robot models, spanning six pivotal fields.
