On February 13th, Zhiyuan Robotics made headlines by introducing its latest full-sized humanoid robot, the Expedition A3. This new robot series is meticulously crafted to excel in scenarios demanding frequent human-robot interaction, including guided tours, shopping assistance, cultural and entertainment shows, as well as commercial events. From a hardware perspective, the Expedition A3 boasts a highly human-like full-body range of motion, with an impressive arm end load capacity of 3kg and a peak TCP end speed reaching 2m/s. Additionally, it can be outfitted with an ultra-high-degree-of-freedom dexterous hand that closely mimics human hand movements. When it comes to energy efficiency and endurance, the Expedition A3 stands out with its innovative battery-embedded torso design. This design incorporates a dual-battery system seamlessly integrated into its appearance, offering a remarkable maximum comprehensive endurance of up to 8 hours on a full charge.
