On January 6, data from the Beijing Equity Exchange revealed that a 29.5904% equity stake in ExPace Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary under the China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, has recently been put up for transfer. The base price for this transfer is set at 3,299.85 million yuan. Based on this valuation, the overall worth of ExPace Technology is estimated to be around 11.2 billion yuan. It has been reported that the company is mainly involved in the design, research and development, manufacturing, and marketing of carrier rockets and spacecraft. Moreover, it provides both domestic and international commercial launch services and offers technical consulting and support for rockets and spacecraft.
