The contract, valued at RMB 199.8 million, represents a significant 21.92% of the company's audited operating revenue for the fiscal year 2024. This project is strategically designed to create a comprehensive and technologically sophisticated low-altitude flight service system. Such a system will offer robust technical backing, ensuring the agile, convenient, and secure utilization of low-altitude airspace. Notably, both Synththink Electronic and the project's bidding entity, Jinan Low-Altitude Economic Development Co., Ltd., fall under the umbrella of Jinan Energy Group Co., Ltd., making this a related-party transaction.
