She highlighted that Gree has achieved full automation in its workshop packaging processes through independent research and development efforts. Moreover, she envisions a future where intelligent factories will progressively encompass all operational areas.

When discussing the potential impact of intelligent factories on the workforce, Dong Mingzhu emphasized that Gree has no intention of laying off employees.
