As a lesser-known, third-tier, or off-brand small-scale manufacturer, Zephyr Graphics Cards may lack widespread brand recognition, but it has maintained a notable presence in the market. Recently, the company's return and exchange supervisor took to official channels to expound on their after-sales policy, underscoring a steadfast commitment: they have never rejected warranty claims on the grounds of core damage. This assurance extends to AMD Navi 21 GPUs (RX 6800/6900 series), which are prone to issues like GPU chip bulging and short circuits. For such cases, Zephyr Graphics Cards offers core replacement services, as evidenced by the substantial pile of damaged GPU 'casualties' stored in their warehouse.

When it comes to after-sales service, Zephyr Graphics Cards takes responsibility for the warranty of the graphics card itself. Meanwhile, co-branded water-cooling equipment is backed by a three-year hardware damage compensation plan from the partner, covering 100% of the purchase amount in the first year, 85% in the second year, and 72% in the third year. Furthermore, the brand pledges to introduce a lifetime warranty for memory, along with a 'Cyber Hua Tuo' repair service. They also have plans to repurpose some of the damaged GPU cores into memorabilia for raffle giveaways. Previously, Zephyr issued an apology for the thickness inconsistency issue with its RTX 5070 Ti Abyss Pro Max graphics card, offering customers the options of refunds, exchanges, or cash compensation.
