Zhongyuan Inner Parts has disclosed that its majority-owned subsidiary, Zhongyuan Inner Parts (Shanghai) Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., has entered into a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with Ningbo Puzhi Future Robotics Co., Ltd. The two entities have forged a collaborative intent centered around the humanoid robot sector.

The Shanghai-based subsidiary is set to undergo an audit process to qualify as a key supplier of joint modules for Ningbo Puzhi's humanoid robots. Moreover, it will give precedence to the integration and utilization of humanoid robot bodies manufactured by Ningbo Puzhi within its operational contexts.

It should be noted that this agreement serves as a framework pact, with the precise terms of cooperation to be outlined in subsequent project contracts. The deal is not anticipated to exert a substantial influence on the company's financial and operational standing in 2025.
