Gemini, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, has submitted an application for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), seeking to raise approximately $400 million. Established by prominent cryptocurrency investors Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss, Gemini operates as a regulated platform serving over 60 countries globally. At this stage, the number of shares to be issued and the issue price have yet to be finalized. As of June 30, 2025, Gemini boasted 523,000 monthly active traders and 10,000 institutional clients, with a custodial cryptocurrency asset value of $18 billion.
