A symposium focused on the 'School-Enterprise Mutual Recruitment' program for green computing power talents was recently convened in Xining, Qinghai Province. At this event, the initial batch of 106 educators and technical experts successfully completed their job placements. This initiative aims to materialize the 'Ten Measures for Attracting Green Computing Power Talents in Qinghai Province', addressing talent shortages through collaborative efforts between schools and enterprises. By fostering deeper industry-education integration, the program seeks to accelerate local economic growth. Following the principles of mutual selection and complementary strengths, the plan envisages recruiting approximately 100 top-tier talents to conduct technical research, thereby enhancing the cohesive integration of government, industry, academia, research, and application.
