The APP team at Great Wall Motors has released an apology, acknowledging that on March 21, 2025, at 9:30 AM, a sudden anomaly in cloud server communication rendered certain features of the Great Wall Motors App and its five sub-brand Apps inoperable. This resulted in users being temporarily unable to log in or use the apps as intended. Promptly addressing the issue, the technical team collaborated with the cloud service provider to initiate repairs, and by 10:30 AM, all apps had been fully restored to normal operation.
