TP-LINK's Dynamic DNS (DDNS) service is currently not accepting new domain names, a decision that has been confirmed as intentional rather than a result of system failure. Consequently, users are unable to create and link new domain names to their accounts. However, existing users with already associated domain names will not be impacted immediately. TP-LINK's customer service has indicated that the company does not intend to continue offering DDNS services in the future, but users are advised to transition to third-party DDNS services as an alternative.
