On January 10, 2025, Apple Technology Development (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was officially established, with Tejas Kirit Gala appointed as its legal representative and a substantial registered capital of US$35 million. This new venture is a wholly-owned subsidiary of APPLE SOUTHASIA PTE. LTD. and boasts a diverse business portfolio encompassing software development, big data services, data processing, storage support services, and numerous other cutting-edge technology domains.
