On October 16, Alibaba Cloud's official website made an announcement regarding the delisting of its virtual digital human product, attributing the move to strategic adjustments within its product lineup. The detailed timeline for the phase-out is outlined below: New purchases of the product will be halted effective November 30, 2026. Current users, however, will retain access to the service until their respective subscription periods conclude. Subscription renewals and product version upgrades will cease on May 31, 2027. Ultimately, the service will be entirely discontinued on November 30, 2027. On this date, the console, support, and ticket services will also be decommissioned, and refund services will no longer be available. Alibaba Cloud advises users to consider migrating to alternative solutions, such as Ant Digital Human, FaceUnity Digital Human, and Yizhi Intelligent AI Live Streaming Digital Human.
