Xiangjiang Holdings made an announcement stating that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Xiangjiang Yunhan, has entered into an Internet Data Center Business Agreement with China Mobile Ningxia. Under this agreement, China Mobile Ningxia is set to offer server hosting, network access, and a range of value-added services over a five-year period. The total estimated expenditure for these services is approximately RMB 796 million. Payment of fees will be initiated upon the delivery of each batch of server racks. However, Xiangjiang Holdings has issued a cautionary note, highlighting that it has not yet secured any customer orders. Moreover, the execution of the agreement is contingent upon various factors, including operational, policy, and performance-related risks.
