In light of this scenario, premium IDC assets, listed by top-tier operators via REITs platforms, boast a scarcity value. These assets are anticipated to exhibit greater resilience amidst future cyclical fluctuations, positioning them as superior assets that blend both offensive and defensive capabilities. As the expansion unfolds, investor returns are projected to enhance further, rendering the already-listed data center REITs deserving of sustained focus.
