The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, along with three other key departments, has jointly released a set of guidelines designed to foster the high-caliber development of internet foundational resources. These guidelines advocate for the exploration and establishment of new infrastructure, notably an infrastructure framework for intelligent agent interconnection networks. This proposed infrastructure will be characterized by unified communication protocols, standardized data exchange formats, and consistent interface specifications. Such standardization is crucial for enabling seamless interconnection and interoperability among intelligent agents, thereby propelling the advancement of intelligent agent technology from isolated applications to a realm of networked collaboration.
Simultaneously, the guidelines underscore the importance of fortifying the planning and construction efforts for new infrastructure, with a particular focus on satellite internet. They call for an accelerated implementation of typical application scenarios and a steady expansion of the application scope. Furthermore, the guidelines propose the exploration of digital identity service infrastructure construction and advocate for the integrated development of industrial internet identifier resolution systems with domain name systems, among other initiatives.
