This infrastructure will be characterized by high collaboration and intelligent interconnection, accompanied by the creation of an innovative service network.

Simultaneously, the innovation ecosystem for industry-academia-research collaboration in the realm of internet infrastructure resources will undergo continuous refinement. This will bolster the swift emergence of new application scenarios, business models, and industry formats, while substantially elevating governance capabilities and security safeguards.

Looking further ahead, by 2035, China is poised to emerge as a pivotal global innovation hub and a leader in the field of internet infrastructure. It will fully establish a new type of internet infrastructure that boasts an advanced architectural design, seamless interconnection, high-speed and ubiquitous connectivity, as well as robust security and controllability.
