The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, along with three other departments, has jointly released guidance to foster the high-quality development of internet infrastructure resources. This guidance underscores the importance of breakthroughs in key core technologies, advocating for strengthened planning in internet technological innovation. It calls for the implementation of national key R&D programs and major science and technology projects, as well as the enhancement of original technological innovation capabilities. The primary focus is on conducting technical research aimed at the innovative integration of technologies such as AI, blockchain, and distributed identification with internet infrastructure resources. This research will tackle challenges like network dynamic optimization, intelligent resource scheduling, and secure data interaction.
Moreover, efforts will be intensified to drive innovation within the IPv6 technology system, addressing issues related to protocol compatibility and high-performance transmission. Additionally, there is a pressing need to achieve breakthroughs in key technologies essential for satellite internet mega-constellation networking, including rapid routing switching, reliable and interference-resistant transmission. Furthermore, research will focus on technologies facilitating the large-scale deployment and application of resource public key infrastructure.
