Digital China has made an announcement stating that its subsidiary, Beijing Digital China Kunlun Information Technology Co., Ltd., has recently emerged victorious in the bidding process for Huawei's intelligent computing server procurement initiative, which was put out to tender by a prominent state-owned commercial bank. The subsidiary has been selected as the primary supplier, with an anticipated procurement value of 371 million yuan (to be settled according to the actual quantities and costs). The servers to be provided are Digital China Kunlun hyper-converged node servers, known for their high-performance and integrated capabilities. However, the company has clarified that a formal contract has not been executed as of yet, and there remain certain uncertainties concerning the contract's finalization and its specific terms and conditions.
