Digital China has made an announcement that its majority-owned subsidiary, Beijing Digital China Kunlun Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Digital Kunlun"), has recently been awarded both the notification of the winning bid and the framework agreement. These documents officially designate Digital Kunlun as a supplier for China Mobile's centralized procurement initiative of PC server products, covering the period from 2026 to 2027. The contract outlines a maximum total value (inclusive of tax) of RMB 1.341 billion and stipulates a maximum order quantity of 4,319 units. Should the project proceed without any hitches, it is anticipated to yield a favorable impact on the company's future endeavors in information technology application innovation, as well as its overall operational performance.
