On July 1, Entive Smart disclosed that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gansu Yisuan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., had entered into a "Computing Power Service Project Contract" along with a supplementary agreement with Shanghai Infinigence AI Technology Co., Ltd. on November 28, 2024. According to the agreement, Gansu Yisuan was to supply computing power services and the relevant supporting infrastructure to Infinigence AI over a five-year term, with the total contract value (inclusive of taxes) amounting to 112.752 million yuan. However, due to recent objective changes in the computing power business operations on the part of the purchaser, both parties have mutually agreed, through amicable negotiations, to execute a "Termination Agreement".
