This will entail delving into computing-power-and-electricity coordination mechanisms through substantial "hard investments," expanding direct connection lines for national hubs, and reinforcing "soft infrastructure" to improve the monitoring and market-driven allocation of computing resources. These measures aim to expedite the establishment of a comprehensive national computing power network. By the end of March 2026, China's intelligent computing power capacity had surged to 1.882 million P, representing a 2.5-fold increase from the previous year, with expectations of continued rapid growth.
