As a result of business restructuring and the widespread implementation of artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing behemoth Oracle witnessed a 13% decline in its total employee count during the fiscal year 2026, equating to a workforce reduction of approximately 21,000 individuals. Based on its annual report published on Monday, Oracle’s total workforce stood at 141,000 as of May 31, 2026, in contrast to roughly 162,000 during the same period the previous year.
